Karen Alford Brooks

Karen entered the real estate profession in 1983, after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Mary’s College of MD.  In just her first year, she received the top honor of “Rookie of the Year” for the Tri-County area, and since then has continued to receive top agent awards including CENTURY 21’s Grand Centurion and Masters’ Awards, which are the highest awards given by Century 21.  Karen is a Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI), and her hard work continues to keep her at the top of her field.  To date, Karen has sold over 100 million dollars worth  of real estate.  She sets high goals for herself, and achieves them year after year.
